'Rolling Stone' goes 'Mad'

Here's the latest issue of Rolling Stone magazine featuring Jon Hamm and the leading ladies of "Mad Men."  If you don't watch this show, please round up the previous seasons on DVD and get yourself up to date on the first cable drama in history to ever receive the Emmy for best TV drama three years in a row.  Tell them ms.rea sent you.

Reminisce: Michael Jackson "Who Is It?"

Although there's another version of this video, this is the version I grew up seeing. I love how it shows his best moves from the "Thriller" years through the "Dangerous" era. It was popular in the 90s to have artists come out with a music video that was a mash-up of all their previous ones. However, this one is definitely the best one.

Enjoy!

Apple does it again

Apple.com
Just when you thought it was safe, Apple revs up a new set of iPods along with adding new features to iTunes and Apple TV.
The new iPod Touch now has the same features as the most recently released iPhone, except for the obvious that it can't make phone calls.  But I'm sure an app will arise that will allow some sort of phone calling.  Guess we'll have to wait and see.
Apple.com
There's also a new and dare I say CUTE iPod nano.  It also has a touch screen feature which will be great for petite fingers, but I can see it being an issue for someone with not so delicate hands.

iTunes also got a face change, literally.  When you download the new application which allows you to "follow artists," the icon on your computer will change from a CD to a music note in a blue circle.  I honestly wasn't ready for the change, but... tis life.

If you want to read the full details on all of the changes, you can visit the Apple site.

Inter-n-esting

Today I started my stint as a fashion intern, and I must say it is not a cake walk.  Yes, the clothes are fabulous and you get to to touch items that you will probably never see in your own closet, and yes there is also a lot of b**** work.

But I am learning to swallow my pride and to take in each moment as a learning block.
I also discovered that there is a lot of effort put into creating pictures that people only glance at for a minute.
The fashion industry is an underrated one where most people only get to see the final product and don't necessarily appreciate what goes on behind the scenes (let's just say my feet are not happy right now).  However, it's an industry that has it's perks, and I'm sure the people behind the scenes feel some sort of high when all of their time pays off.

 P.S.
If I were asked what my favorite part of today was, it would be catching glimpses of the dozens of pairs of sparkly red bottoms and Choos!!

(A "ms.rea wore what?" update will be on its way soon!)
