Proactiv Gets Some New Faces

The recently engaged Katy Perry and recently separated Avril Lavigne are said to be the two out of three new faces for the face wash brand Proactiv.  The company is looking to refresh the brand with new celebrities as well as new packaging.  If this works out well, I may go back to using the products ;).

Madonna About Eminem, "Maybe he's shy."

In an interview with Rolling Stone Magazine, Madge discussed her collaborations with Justin Timberlake on the song "4 Minutes" and with rapper Lil Wayne on "Revolver" which she referred to as "badass".

However, someone the Material Girl wanted to work with didn't accept the offer. That someone was Eminem. "I wanted to work with him, but he didn't want to work with me." Her reason for his decline, "Maybe he's shy."

Too bad Michigan's bad girl and bad boy couldn't come together for what could've been an amazing collaboration.

M.I.A. is now a M.O.M. yay

so M.I.A. is supposed to perform at the upcoming Oscars, but according to E! News

M.I.A.'s performance [...] (she's a nominee for her collaboration on "O, Saya") [Slumdog Millionaire] remains up in the air. It was reported earlier today that the rapper gave birth sometime this week after performing at the Grammys this past Sunday on her actual due date.

[...]"she's eager to perform…We've said things like, 'We're willing to have her enter on a large bed. We'll make it as easy for her as we can." (FYI: Sources also tell me the baby is definitely here; M.I.A.'s rep did not comment.)

guess we'll just have to see if she shows up, and if so what craziness she'll be wearing.  knowing her--she'll be there *fingers crossed*

Madonna moves on from her Guy

it's been confirmed that the couple are going their separate ways. i'm sure Madge fans don't want to believe that it's the whole A-rod situation that caused the split, but i'm sure we'll find out eventually. i have no doubt these two will do well on their own but i just hope the kids come out of it ok.

Pharrell isn't "Anti" babies

The Neptunes producer has a baby on the way with a “model type” woman who he met in Miami earlier this year. The New York Post reports that the unidentified woman “is very pregnant and travels with him. She hangs out with the backstage crew when he performs.” Supposedly the singer is very hush-hush about the pregnancy. But it’s too late for secrets now, the N.E.R.D. singer’s unborn fetus is already fodder for the New York Post’s ‘Page Six’ and the B.A.B.Y. hasn’t even finished incubating yet.
