it's three days into the Yo! Mtv Raps 20th anniversary celebration which will go on through the month of april. my fondest memories of the show are when i lived in Orange, NJ and i'd just lay in my mother's bed and just watch Fab 5 Freddy with those damn shades on or seeing Ed Lover make a fool out of himself with that crazy dance that i still do to this day if i need a good nostalgic laugh. lol

so i'm really feeling like i need a PC by the time the summer rolls around. yeah i have a digital camera and all, but i love the instant gratification/ retro vibe these things seem to carry. i had read on another site that Polaroids will no longer be made-- but i highly doubt it. fashion designers prepping for runway shows use these like crazy. am i a fashion designer? no. will this fit in any of my purses? sure, my big Coach carryon bag lol. but in the world of digital where we don't even have photo albums anymore, we just upload and send... it would be nice to hold the memory right in your fingertips one second after the moment passes.

so we thought the bithassness was gone taking Danity Kane, Day 26, and Donnie (mfbd = my future baby daddy) with him. but nooo of course not... he's baaack! damn, but he barely left though. anyway, the show is called 'If I Were King' and it's a, dunt dun na na, a reality show following him on his Sean John clothing line venture. will people tune in? of course, it's Diddyyyyy!!!!! so check it out on Mtv, Wed. Arp. 9th @ 10pm.

so this is where you end up when you win ANTM? i happened to pass my dining table with today's mail and saw my mother's Metro Style magazine with Dani from ANTM on the cover. i had my doubts then flipped through to not only find more pics of her, but my girl Jaslene as well. i guess it's still a paycheck which has more figures than mine, but still... this just seems a wee bit out of pocket.

BBC Three in England debuted a show earlier this year titled 'Lily Allen and Friends'. while i was away i made sure i caught the two episodes that aired during my stay and i can honestly say it's a very witty, tongue in cheek, gutsy type of show. she has a main guest or two, some online friends to ask questions, audience participation, and a musical guest on each episode. now reading this you should be aware that ms. Winehouse and ms. Allen were not bff's last year around this time. to be honest, i don't think they are close now at all. but on this episode Lily is talking to her guest about how Amy asked her a very peculiar question.*
