25 years strong

the woman, the myth, the legend--Madonna, will be inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame live on Vh1 March 10th.  in order to recieve this honor you must be an acclaimed music artist for at least 25 years.  can you believe that she has been in the game that long?  from "Everybody" to her soon to be realeased single featuring Justin Timberlake, her music defines the times as each song has taken us through each phase she has gone through.  and i doubt that she will be stopping anytime soon.

Madonna is such a great artiste, i'm 25 years old and grew up with her in my ear. When i talk about the music industry and talent i use her as an example because a great artiste's work never gets old it passes on from generation to generation.

Not to be too critical of the young singers coming up but if u find yourself making songs that only last one season then you're not hall of fame material!! Kudos to Madonna (i think Gwen Stefani reminds me of her a bit)
