He's the mind behind Chanel, Fendi, his own self-titled brand, and now he will be bringing in a line for Macy's. WWD reported the news this morning with a sketch (seen below). The mega department store has some tricks up its sleeves. Macy's will be releasing a collaborative line with designer Matthew Williamson (once the Creative Director of Emilio Pucci) in an effort to attract "younger" buyers and "project a hipper image." Williamson is no stranger to mass produced collaborations--he also released a guest designer line for H&M in 2009.
